The Shortest Way to a Working Setup

Create your account and verify your e-mail (Sign Up & First Login).
Set where confirmed alarms go: Settings > Alarm reception. You can also do this in the welcome steps (Settings).
Add a site and a device (Setting Up Sites and Adding a Device).
Trigger a test alarm and check that it arrives. No alarm? Use Not Receiving Alarms.
Invite your operators: Team > Invite New User (Users, Roles & Access).
Let an operator confirm the test alarm as a Real alarm, and check that it arrived in your alarm system (Review & Decide Alarms).
Add a payment method before the trial ends (Trial & Subscription).
