Demo Site & Go-Live Checklist

Try GC Surge without your own hardware with the demo site, and use the checklist before a real site goes live.

Who it is for: Admins who set up sites and devices, and the technician or site contact who helps on site.

Watch:

Add or Remove the Demo Site

The demo site lets you try GC Surge without your own hardware.

1. Open Sites & Cameras.
2. Click Add demo site with devices.
3. A site named Demo Site with 3 demo devices is added.
4. To remove it, click Remove demo site with devices.

Good to Know

• Use the demo site to train operators and to try the wall and the recordings.
• Demo devices that receive no alarms for a day are shown as needing attention, like real devices.
• Remove the demo site before you go live, so that your figures and lists only show real sites.
