A site is one location, for example one building or one customer address. Every device belongs to a site. Operators receive alarms per site, so use one site per real location and give it a clear name.
Watch:
Step 1: Open Sites & Cameras. The page shows Added sites & cameras.
Step 2: Click Add Site.
Step 3: Fill in the dialog Add site:

Step 4: Click Add Site.
Step 5: The message Site added asks if you want to add devices now. Click Add Device to continue with Adding a Device, or Skip.
The site appears in the table with its Site key.
To add a site together with its first camera, click Add sites & cameras at the top of the page and choose Add a site and camera. Enter the site name, click Continue, then fill in the device details and click Add site & device. To add a camera to a site you already have, choose Add a camera to an existing site and select the site. See Adding a Device.
Step 1: In Sites & Cameras, open the Actions menu in the site row.
Step 2: Choose Edit site to change the name and the contact details. The dialog Update site has the fields Site name, Site email and Site phone number. Click Update Site to save.
Step 3: Choose Delete site to remove the site. Confirm with Delete Site.
Deleting a site permanently deletes the site and its linked devices. This cannot be undone.

Can I add one camera to two sites? No. A device belongs to one site.
Who can add sites and devices? Admins. Operators have no access to Sites & Cameras.
