The top navigation of the admin screen takes you to every area of GC Surge. The table below lists what each item is for.

Live Alarms | The queue and the operators, live. |
Sites & Cameras | Sites, devices, forwarding per site and device. The page shows Added sites & devices. |
Team | Users, roles, operator performance. |
Billing | Subscription, usage, invoices. |
Recordings | Every alarm and every decision. |
Time range (for example Last 24 hours)
Sets the period for the figures and lists. Choose a preset (1h, 24h, 7d, 30d, or a shorter or longer step from 5 minutes to 3 days), or set From and To under Custom range. |
Admin / Operator switch | Switch to the operator screen to handle alarms yourself. |
Help & support (question-mark icon) | Opens the guide for the page you are on, or a support ticket. See Help and Support below. |
Settings (gear icon), Profile (your initials), Log out | Account settings, your own profile and language, sign out. |
Click your initials at the top right. Personal information shows your name (with VERIFIED once your e-mail is confirmed), User name, Email, Role and User ID.
