Genie (coming soon)

Genie will be the assistant inside GC Surge. It will help admins during onboarding and help operators and supervisors with questions about alarms and the product.

It is not part of this release. Entries with the name Genie that you may see in the app are not active yet.

Genie will not take decisions for the operator. The two decisions, Not an alarm and Real alarm, stay with the operator.

Until Genie is released, use these documents. If a question stays open, contact NXGEN support.
