Plans & Pricing

GC Surge uses a flat, camera-based subscription model. One number: €3 per camera, per month, for 250 to 1,999 cameras. No tiers, no volume discounts, no setup fees, no contracts, no commitments. Above 2,000 cameras the engagement becomes an enterprise operations partnership. Covers: Pricing, The Enterprise Operations Partnership, How Billing Works, The 7-Day Free Trial.

Pricing

One number. One model.

  • 250 to 1,999 cameras: €3 per camera, per month. Flat. No internal tiers, no volume discounts inside the band.
  • 0 setup fees
  • 0 contracts
  • 0 commitments
  • 0 minimums

Entry threshold

GC Surge is built for scale. The performance gains — up to 97% faster alarm processing, +40% cameras per operator — are reliably measured when all three of these thresholds are met:

  • 250+ cameras per operator (or 63+ equivalent towers per operator)
  • 5,000+ total daily alarms across the centre
  • Multi-monitor mode — cameras or platform generate video alarms (not video-verification-only)

If a threshold is not met at signup, an advisory shows before the subscription is created. At day 7 of the trial, the platform reads your actual APT reduction and CPO gain and routes accordingly: continue at €3/camera, or wait until your operation grows into the model.

2,000+ Cameras — Enterprise Operations Partnership

Above 2,000 cameras, the engagement shifts from a standard subscription to an enterprise operations partnership. This is not a volume discount — it is a different relationship. The partnership includes:

  • Dedicated Customer Success contact
  • Priority FLASH onboarding, engineer-assisted
  • API access for your own dashboards
  • Multi-site, multi-team management view in Insights
  • Branded or co-branded portal
  • Custom SLA on uptime and response
  • Quarterly business review with NXGEN leadership
  • Beta access to new engines as they ship

Request your tier directly — the call is the value, not a discount conversation.

How Billing Works

  • A camera must generate 5 or more alarm events in a calendar month to be billed. Cameras with fewer than 5 alarms in a month are not included in that month’s invoice.
  • Billing is retrospective. At the end of each calendar month, the system calculates your total and generates an invoice automatically. There is no upfront payment or activation fee.
  • If you cancel mid-month, you are charged only for the days your subscription was active. Billing is calculated proportionally based on actual days used in that calendar month.

The 7-Day Free Trial

When you sign up, you start a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. To upgrade to a paid subscription at the end of the trial, payment details must be entered before the trial expires. The billing-relevant limits during the trial are:

  • Camera limit: Maximum 10 cameras per trial account.
  • NOVA99x AI filtering is disabled by default. You can enable it during the trial at no extra charge.

If the trial ends without a payment card added, your account moves to a pending credit card status. Alarms stop being processed, but your cameras and site configurations remain intact — nothing is deleted. A payment card cannot be added once the trial has expired, so it must be entered before the trial ends. When you move to a paid subscription, all data is retained — no re-onboarding is required.
