Verify your Email

Confirm the email address on your GC Surge account. Right after you create your account, GC Surge sends a verification email to that address and shows a Check your email screen. You must confirm your email before you can enter the platform, and verifying also unlocks scheduled reports and notifications.

Before you begin

• Check your inbox — and spam folder — for an email from NXGEN Technology AG. titled "Verify your email address".
• The email may arrive within a few minutes of your account being created.

Steps

From the Check your email screen, confirm your address:

1. Click Open your inbox to continue to open your mailbox.
2. Click the Verify Email Address button in the email. If the button does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser. The link expires in 24 hours.
3. Once your address is confirmed, GC Surge takes you into the Account Setup Wizard.

What happens next

• Your account is now active.
• After the Account Setup Wizard, you land on the Home Dashboard, where the “Verify your email” item in the Getting Started Checklist is already marked as checked.
