16GCX TowerGuard
TowerGuard is a centralized monitoring platform built into GCXONE for mobile tower infrastructure. It gives operators full visibility into tower status, health, and device activity across all tower sites from a single interface. TowerGuard is hardware-agnostic, cloud-powered, and built to scale across clients, geographies, and environments.
GCX TrackView
The Teltonika-GPS device type is part of GCX TrackView, GCXONE’s vehicle tracking capability. Built around the Teltonika Telematics FT and FMB platform, a range of compact tracking terminals installed via a vehicle’s OBD-II or CAN connection, it gives operators real-time visibility into vehicle location, movement, and operating condition, with alarm rules that turn incoming telemetry into actionable events without manual JSON editing.
GCX NOVA99x
NOVA99x is an intelligent false-alarm filtering module for NXGEN’s GCXONE platform. It processes motion- and analytics-triggered events in real time and uses computer vision to classify each event as a true alarm or a false alarm before it reaches an operator, filtering up to 99% of non-threatening activity before human review. NOVA99x is licensed per camera stream.
GCX ZenMode
ZenMode is an intelligent operator-assist mode built into GCXONE that helps security teams cut through alert noise and focus on what actually matters. Rather than presenting every alarm with equal weight, ZenMode filters, prioritizes, and presents alerts from multiple sites and customers in a single unified view. It supports human judgment; it does not replace it. ZenMode works downstream of NOVA99x: NOVA99x removes non-threatening activity before it reaches an operator, and ZenMode organizes and prioritizes what remains.
GCX HealthCheck
HealthCheck automatically monitors every connected camera in your fleet. It verifies each camera is reachable, streaming, and delivering a valid image, so failed or degraded feeds are caught before an incident exposes the gap. HealthCheck is offered as three tiers: Basic, Plus, and Advanced. HealthCheck Advanced is licensed per camera stream.
GCX CommandCenter
GCX CommandCenter is where operators work — one workspace for the live dashboard, alarm queue, video review and audit trail, scoped by the platform's five-level hierarchy: Service Provider, Customer, Site, Device, Sensor. Every alarm arrives with its customer, site, device and timestamp already attached, is assigned to exactly one operator, and closes with a resolution note written into an immutable log.
GCX AlarmView
GCX AlarmView is the alarm backbone of GCXONE. It receives every event a camera or sensor raises, classifies it, filters out what is not a threat, and transmits what remains to your monitoring platform. Its headline capability is NOVA99x, the AI filter that removes up to 99% of non-threatening activity before an operator sees it, with ZenMode organising and prioritising what is left. Transport is SIA DC-09 to any compatible receiver, or a REST integration for Evalink Talos.
GCX SmartVision
GCX SmartVision is the AI video-analytics layer of GCXONE. It identifies what is in a scene — people, vehicles, objects — and then applies rule-based decision logic to judge whether what they are doing should raise an alarm. Analysis runs in real time on every incoming event, so an operator is presented with classified, bounded, labelled activity rather than raw motion. Detection is deliberately object-based: no facial recognition or biometric identification is performed at any stage.
GCX CloudVision
GCX CloudVision is the video layer of GCXONE: live streaming, recorded playback, and alarm clip capture from cameras and recorders of almost any make, delivered to a browser with no on-site viewing software. It runs two streaming paths — cloud streaming for access from anywhere, and a direct peer-to-peer local path for operators on the site network — and falls back to cloud automatically when the local path is unavailable.
GCX SystemView
GCX SystemView is the reliability layer of GCXONE. Camera HealthCheck verifies that every camera is reachable, streaming and delivering a usable image; Device HealthCheck extends the same supervision to the rest of the connected estate — panels, IoT devices and actors. A failed check is not a line in a log: it raises a technical alarm that can call a technician, send an SMS, escalate, or open a support ticket automatically.
GCX GeoView
GCX GeoView is the map layer every other module borrows. Customers, sites, devices, cameras and IO ports appear as live pins on a satellite or road map, alarms pull the map to the site as they are assigned, and indoor floor plans extend the same view inside a building. It is also the geospatial foundation the tracking and overlay products are built on, which is why the map lives in one module rather than being rebuilt in each of them.
GCX InsightView
GCX InsightView is the AI assistance and reporting layer of GCXONE. Genie is its voice: a floating assistant panel on every screen that answers questions about alarms and system state in plain language, and carries out real work — opening and closing tickets, submitting VPN requests, starting a device-creation flow — with an approval step before anything is applied. Alongside it sit the reporting surfaces that turn platform activity into something a customer can be shown.
GCX ServiceCenter
GCX ServiceCenter is where the business of running the platform happens: configuring the hierarchy and its devices, raising and tracking service requests, reviewing recorded evidence forensically, and operating the DC-09 alarm interfaces that connect GCXONE to a monitoring centre. It is the administrator and service-desk half of the platform, as distinct from the operator workspace.
GCX On-The-Move
GCX On-The-Move is the mobile front end to GCX One. It carries the parts of the platform that matter away from a desk: live camera feeds, site and device status, arm and disarm control including a single bulk action for a whole site, timed isolation, and the alarm and audio-intervention history. It runs on Android and iOS, signs in with the same account and the same role, and grants nothing the web platform would not.
GCX EnergyGuard
GCX EnergyGuard is the power-infrastructure layer of GCXONE: solar output, battery state of charge and health, DC distribution and load, and fuel-cell status, monitored continuously and alarmed when they leave their safe range. It is built on hardware GCXONE already integrates — Victron inverters, chargers and battery monitors, and EFOY fuel cells — and it exists because on a remote site the power system fails long before the camera does.
GCX SenseView
GCX SenseView is the management layer for everything on a site that is not a camera: input and output ports driving gates, locks and sirens, PIR and environmental sensors, and the IoT devices that report a site condition rather than an image. The physical connections already exist in GCXONE; SenseView is the concept for provisioning, telemetry and lifecycle management on top of them, and it is the one product in this set with a design decision still open.

NXGEN VPN is a fully managed secure connectivity solution that bridges your customers’ surveillance environments — NVRs, cameras, recorders, and edge devices — with NXGEN’s cloud and operations infrastructure. Purpose-built for surveillance integrators and MSPs, it eliminates the complexity of designing, operating, and troubleshooting VPN infrastructure, so your team can focus on delivering service rather than managing network plumbing.
NXG Core
NXG Core is the base every customer gets: the tenant, the five-level hierarchy every other decision is made inside, role-based access control, the admin console and video viewer, and the tools that get an estate into the platform in the first place — BulkImport for onboarding at scale and CustomView for dashboards shaped to a role. It is the layer nothing else works without, and the layer a customer never names.
NXG Connect
NXG Connect is everything that gets signal into and out of a site: managed VPN connectivity between customer networks and the platform, the alarm transport that carries events to a monitoring centre, device clock synchronisation so every record sits on one timeline, and the SIP voice services that let an operator speak on site. It is a single component because these are one problem wearing four names.
NXG Edge
NXG Edge is everything that runs at the customer premises: the appliance and the analytics on it, the cameras and recorders it speaks to, the routers that connect the site, the IoT and actor connections that let it act, and the power hardware that keeps it alive. It carries the NXG prefix rather than a GCX one for a reason — it is the one part of the platform that is not in the cloud, and the distinction is what the whole naming structure turns on.
NXG Data
NXG Data is where events and footage live. Every alarm, every clip captured around it, and every action taken on it is retained and searchable for the period the deployment is sold with — real-time event storage as standard, with delayed longer-term retention as an option, and capacity that grows with use rather than being bought up front.
NXG Support
NXG Support is the human layer around the platform: tenant setup and commissioning, administrator training, migration assistance for estates coming from another system, and an ongoing premium support programme. It is the component that decides whether a deployment is configured correctly on day one, which is most of what determines how it behaves in year two.
