Rollout Progress summarizes deployment health for the account using site-onboarding and device-connectivity counts and percentages.
Metrics
- Sites onboarded — sites that completed the onboarding process.
- Devices connected — cameras or devices currently connected across those sites.
How to interpret it
A high site-onboarding percentage with a low device-connectivity percentage usually means the site records exist but devices are not yet streaming or are offline.
A complete rollout requires both the intended sites and their expected devices to be active.
When to act
Investigate device credentials, network connectivity, device status, and alarm forwarding when connected-device progress trails site onboarding. Confirm the expected device count for each site before treating the rollout as complete.
